A Little About Me

I was born on the island of Kos, where I lived until the age of eight, and later grew up in Rhodes. At 18, I moved to Brighton, England, where I lived for five years, studied Psychology, and later completed a Master’s degree in International Marketing.
Growing up between two cultures, Greek and Russian, and having lived in different places and environments, change has been a recurring part of my own life. These experiences sparked a particular interest in how our environment, relationships, culture and different experiences shape the way we understand ourselves and others.
Although I followed a different academic path for a while, I soon realised that what truly interested me was psychotherapy: exploration, understanding and human connection. I therefore returned to the field of psychology and continued my training with postgraduate studies in Systemic Psychotherapy.
Perhaps this is why I see change not as a linear journey, but as a process shaped by our relationships, experiences and the different contexts in which we live. This is also the perspective I bring to the therapeutic process today.
